UL ECOLOGO Certification was acquired and promoted by Underwriters Laboratories (UL). UL ECOLOGO standard is based on life cycle–based standards. Products certified to an ECOLOGO standard must meet or exceed each of the listed criteria before receiving the UL ECOLOGO mark. ECOLOGO Certification is classified Type 1 ecolabel (classified as per ISO). UL ECOLOGO has been successfully assessed by the Global Ecolabeling Network, further demonstrating its credibility.
